- The group will engage in a debate discussing a difficult ethical or moral issue. They will explore all aspects of the issue and how it impacts on the role of the coach and whether certain coaching work would represent a conflict with the coaching code of conduct. Each person can evaluate their own response/view/ feelings and suggest what they think is appropriate to the situation. Through lively discussion the group is encouraged to reach agreement on what decisions the coach should make and how the coach should act when presented with the said situation.
